Kuber Logistic Movers & Packers — Broken items and no response so far

Kuber Logistic Movers & Packers - I have moved the HouseHold Items from Bangalore to Hyderabad with their self insurance. I have given the list items broken items...while our intital terms and conditions they agreed unpacking of box type bed and fit which is yet to be done. I have tried calling up the Bangalore contact person, he then gave me hyderabad contact person - Manoj. Been followed up several times and Manoj hyderabad person said we are not resoponsible as you paid the money at banaglore branch, and mentioned contact banaglore person, I have been trying to reach them - intitally they said our person will and check the items that were borken while shifting and will fix the bed and now they stopped lifting my calls. Please take necessary action against them and help me in claims.
