Respected Sir/Madam, I have applied for personal loan through my AXIS Bank salary Account and the the officials are stating that as your name is in the civil list so the personal loan is denied for you. I having corporate salary account wit this bank but it is of no help. Further i have paid the outstanding amount in full to the bank two months back abu i don't knw why the name is continuing with the civil section. REGARDS, KISHORE
