I had hired a full time maid from kumar personnel bureau, b-219, 2nd floor, lajpat nagar-1, delhi after paying one year commission to them with the condition that in case we are not satisfied with the maid, they will provide the replacement within 3-4 days. The maid left the work after 20 days for some silly reasons. The agency could not provide with the replacement even after a month of constant calling. It has been more than 9 months now and they are just not bothered to return the money. This next week never comes.
