[Resolved]  Kun Hyundai — Issues with Delivery

Dear Hyundai Team, I have a complaint on the Kun Hyundai, Kondapur, Hyderabad showroom. We had booked the Xcent SX top end petrol version on 6th May 2014. We were promised delivery on 9th June 14. We have been following up with the sales person regularly and he says he have no idea about when the car would be ready for delivery. He always promised to check and call back but never made any call. On sunday 8th he says he placed the order only on 22nd may. When asked why it was placed so late when we booked it on 6th may he had no answer. Yesterday we went to the showroom. The manager says the order was not accepted by Hyundai - he said in fact they REJECTED the order. So basically till yesterday no order had been placed. They have been lying and giving all false information. Now the manager says the delivery would be made latest by 23rd June but again there is no assurance. We have not been given any order number nor any details. We are really upset with all these lies. I have been a loyal Hyundai customer but this is the most horrible experience we have had. We wish to register a complaint against the sales person and the showroom.
