Kurl - On — Defective mattress

Address:AA 7 ,ABHISARIKA APPARTMENT ,NEWTOWN.KOLKATA ,KOLKATA-700156,NEAR NEW TOWN POST OFFIC

Purchased a kurlon florentino on 7th of November, mattress got damaged within 2 weeks, uneven surface and dents all over the mattress. Doesn’t seem like ortho atall as experiencing body pain after sleeping on it.
