Kurl-On — Defective mattress -replacement

Undersigned purchased Kurl on mattress Florentino from S.V.Road Andheri West, Mumbai .
A hollow/ compressed foam is formed near centre of the mattress which is making it highly uncomfortable to sleep. The mattress is also feeling soggy and losing its firmness.
This being an orthopaedic mattress was purchased as I suffer from back problem. However, due to the defective mattress supplied by your store, I am at risk of aggravating my back problem.
You are, therefore, requested to immediately replace the mattress on urgent basis.
