I had purchased a Kurlon super delux mattress in October 2013. After 2-3 months o[censored]se the mattress got flattened here and there making it uncomfortable to sleep. When I called up the dealer "Calcutta Trading Co "(Asansol) he delayed the complaint for no reason. A representative of Kurlon visited for inspection 4 months after the complaint. After checking the mattress he assured us to get a call from the company within 10 days. But there was no response from the company. When I dint get a response I sent a mail to the company. The company in a reply said that the defect is not a manufacturing defect and thus the mattress cannot be replaced. Then I mailed the company asking that what is a manufacturing defect and how did your representative arrive at such a conclusion that the defect of my mattress is not manufacturing. The company did not replace the mattress even though the mattress in within the warranty period. The justification given by the company was improper. I have further mailed the company but there hasnt been any response from their side. Was this information helpful? |
