I have not received my order even though it is in my city for the last 5 days. I tried to call the courier company and they stated that it is been on hold as your company has not paid the courier charges. I asked if I can pay the charge and get it released. But that's not a possible option. I am really disappointed by the service as I have ordered the mattress for my parents. Even the customer service does not have clear detail of the issue. They have been giving false hope of getting it delivered the next day and it's been happening for a week.
