I raised a complaint at Kurlon customer care for 2 of my mattresses which have sagging problem on January 7th 2015. Their executive inspected the fault on January 13th and agreed that there is problem. He promised to replace them within 10 days. To process the same he asked for the copy of bill which I produced and even sent a scanned copy of it the same day. After 15 days I called the customer care to know the status of replacement for which I got the response as "sir our zonal office will call you ASAP". I didnt get any call for 3 days and again called customer care. To my surprise I got the same response as if it is fed into the minds of executives. Its been more than a month and I am still waiting for the replacement. Because of the faulty mattresses, I and my wife are having backache problem. I could sense that Kurlon do not intend to resolve my problem and that's the reason I've now decided to drag the company to consumer forum.
