Here is a journey resume of our very and dissatisfied experience with your company:
1. We purchase Online in August 28th
2. Kurlon announced the shipment on September 7th
3. Mattress arrived wrongly dispatched. We raised a complaint on September 11th
4. Kurlon asked for photos as a probe that we are correctly complaining about on September 13th.
5. We sent photos, videos and Invoice scans on September 13th, September 20th, October 11th.
6. Kurlon acknowledged that received the documents and promised to send a new mattress on October 14th.
TODAY IS NOVEMBER 13TH AND TILL NOW WE DON'T HAVE THE MATTRESS, THAT WAS WRONGLY DISPATCHED BY YOUR EMPLOYEES.
