in my gas connection my name is supinder kumar and all the documents are also in the name of supinder kumar but when the gas agency's employees enter it in their record for computirization they add my name wrongly as surinder kumar in their records which is a clerical mistake. But they are not giving me gas cylender from oct.2014. as they are demanding the bill copy that is issued to me on the time of issue the connection i.e in 2000 but that bills are misplaced and they are demanding the same bills. now i m very disappoint as more then 8 months is near to go i am unable to get cylenders and the employee is not entertaining me in a right way. Please help in it and take nessary action on priority.
incident is going on from oct.2014. My customer no. is K12455 and sv no.is 1878139 dt.14/02/2000 and card no.is 610771
as above said my name is wrongly entered in their record and they are not giving any solution and not giving me cylender from oct.2014.when mistake is done by the computer operator of that agency so why i suffer. Was this information helpful? |
