KVB — Amount not reflected in account

Hi, I'm a good customer of kvb, my payer sent me 2700 through phonpey to my kvb account.. I got message as amount credited, and even in phonpey history I can see the transaction occurs but while checking my balance it's not reflected in my balance..kindly resolve thr issue asap as it's for emergency purpose
