Kwality Bakers & Confectioners — Not getting proper service and some of GST prouducts from the supplier

We have 6 branches at thane west under the name of EDEN SUPER MARKET, we are facing an issue from your local (ASM) officer incharge at thane west due to non supply of GST products to any of our stores from last 1.5 years, which is of great loss to both of our firm too.

But when discussed with the any of your officer they asked us to purchase GST goods on non gst invoice which is not legal in any terms. We also get delivery of your brand (a fresh products like bread) which is majorly picked fresh in morning we get it delivered it by 12PM almost evryday in some of my branches which is again of no use to us in some ways, it lasks the opportunity to gain business.

we hope this issue is taken forward and as a ratail customer we would like to get the goods as per government norms and not by any persons norm.
