[Resolved] L & T Financial Services — flat original registered agreement lost by l & t bank | |||
Dear all, I have buy the flat on 7th april 2019. My home loan process has been completed and also banker has collected my flat original registered agreement from lodha builder. It has been lost by the banker. Banker has filed police complaint, news paper add, no claim certificate and true copy agreement. But i am not accepting the true copy agreement and i am requesting to provide original registered agreement but bank is refusing saying as there is no way to get the original agreement again. I had checked by visiting the registrar office to get the original registered agreement again and they said its possible to get the original document again and there is a process to get the same. Process: 1) cancelling the current registration by paying some charges. 2) again need to pay the stamp duty and registration cost. 3) later i can get the original registered agreement. But bank is denying to get me the original document as saying it's impossible. This is my first home and i am not accepting those true copy documents as they create lot of tension and issues in future whenever i need the original agreement. It's banker mistake as it's lost by the banker and they should provide me the original agreement. Also i clearly mentioned with banker and lodha until unless i don't get the original agreement i don't allow the banker to disburse the loan. Now i am requesting consumer court to take the action on l & t financial bank and give me the justice to get me the original agreement. As of today my hard earned money paid to lodha and banker is not agreeing to get me the original agreement and i am requesting them since 3 months and also i am mentally disturbed and not able to concentrate on my work as well since 3 months due to this tension.
