LAAPTU — Failure of recharge

not getting recharge, though having recharge balance in my laaptu account.please clear it as soon as possible. My recharge request is failed and I am getting the following response Recharge requested by you has failed. In case the issue continues, contact us at [protected]@laaptu.com
