Lacasha — Order placed on 18th April 2022 but still not received any product or update

I placed an order (order id 154904) on Lacasha website containing Mini Portable Fan Arctic Air Personal Space Cooler on 18th April 2022 and paid 399 for the same product but still now don't recived any shipping confirmation or product. In that website showing order processing last 17 days. Please do the needful .
