[Resolved]  Lakme — Certificate Not released

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This is to inform you that I haven't recieved my Cosmetology completion certificate.
I Smitha.L enrolled myself at LAKME ACADEMY, ROHINI, Sector 10,
METRO WALK, under cosmetology course on 10 September 2019
(student ID -Student1231313).
During the joining of the programme I have made full payment.
I have completed the course under the guidance of teachers Mrs.Poonam and Mr.Rahul.

As the duration of the course is over and I have successfully completed the programme as per the requirements of the institutes, I should be given the cosmetology Completion Certificate as a proof.
This is to bring this to your notice that despite my several visits to the institute I have been given false promises but the authority has not handed over my cosmetology completion certificate yet. The authority Mrs.Deepti and
Mrs.Tannu has been behaving wrongly. Despite multiple trials, the authority has been acting deaf.
I require the Certificate for employment purposes and I believe that it my right. It is my humble request to you to look into the matter and release my certificate at the earliest.
