We have purchased my child silver ear rings in Kukatpally and next day one ear ring damaged and I have gone to show room I have faced worest service and they said it will not their responsibility once purchase items in the showroom.i have never faced this type of worest service and they were wasted my money and time. After, one year I go to the shop. Gold rate increase 500 per gram.
But, shop manager told, I can't give lod rate. You purchase gold only new rate.
Three year completed. My gold is take Lalitha jewellery shop. Not give new gold. Please solve the problem.
