Lally Motors — Very poor customer service

I am writing to complain about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service I received from your service center at Prestige Honda Automobiles Pvt.Ltd, G.T, Road, near Bye-Pass, Amritsar.
.I was regularly coming to your service centre for service of of my vehicle. On 14/09/2021, on a prior fixed appointment on landline no.[protected], I had come to the service center. No member of the staff attended to me, even after waiting there for a long time. I just had to leave the place unattended.The staff there needs to be taught the etiquette of dealing with the customers. There is a noticed a progressive deterioration in the services provided.The whole staff at Lally motors service centre has been gradually replaced and the work done by the present staff is abominable. They don’t take much interest in their work and are totally indifferent towards customer satisfaction. However, as my residence is hardly one km from Deep Honda service station, going to Lally Motors, which is a good 15 km away is very inconvenient but still I was coming here regularly due to excellent job done in earlier visits.
I am totally stunned at this kind of behaviour with a female customer and felt very much humiliated.So kindly upgrade the services provided at your service staion so that the customer feels satisfied with the work of your staff and the association of the customers and the staff is smooth.
