We live in a 2-bhk flat in koramangala, 3rd cross road, 7th block, house 170. Our landlord and caretaker lives in hsr layout. We have been living here for 2 years now and there are motor and water issues. Whenever corporation water doesn't come or we need to do tank cleaning or sewage cleaning, landlord tells us to divide the money among tenants. He doesn't pay for a single issue (Unlike other landlords in my neighbourhood). Since last 5 days we are facing motor issue and have complained plenty of times to our landlord to fix the issue.
