Landlord Harassment — Owner not refunding the security amount

Hi,

We were staying in dwarka mod, the owner was very rude and was use to disturb us a lot specialy when my female partner use to stay alone

When we shifted from that location the owner refused to pay the security amount and added every thing what wasn't included. Please someone help us
