I, Anthony Thanga Raj S /o Lt Anthony Arokya Das on behalf of my mother i. e. Smt Asha Fatima W/o Lt Anthony Arokya Das would like your goodself in this unusual position of mine where my Present Landlord is unwilling to provide me a Legal Rental Agreement and it has been now more than 20 days of signing the Agreement that he i. e. Mr Dilip Das S/o Lt Banku Bihari Das is not complying the same as we both mother and son is finding tough to deal with him as he is using unusual means by declining the same.
We are so helpless as this Legal Rental Agreement would help my mother to produce accordingly in various Government Offices/ Institutions as she is a Family Pension Holder and it would also be required in various other Offices / Institutions as required by the Government time to time.
