I had vacated to my room in August 20-20 and I had inform my landlord a week before that I will be getting so did you had a right in your proper income to give the rent on time. Now the owner is not giving back the deposit amount which I had given. He is saying that you have vacated the room without proper notice period will not give deposit amount. Every time I call or speak with him, he gives an excuse that I will give later or two month or 3 month or he will not give the money back of deposit. I am having my personal financial issues but he is not understanding. His details as mentioned below
