Here I would like to write our very bad experience with rental house where we lived only for a month and had a huge loss of Money and peace. The first thing we lost trust by house owner after agreeing rent of 15k per month and deposit of 60k he said no other hidden charges and we transfer him the deposit, but big disappoint came after he came up with rental agreement with pre-rent for a month, apart from painting charges and 2 months’ rent need to pay while vacating the house demand house apart from that cleaning charges of 5k while leaving the premises. Since we have already transferred deposit, we somehow negotiate made it 1 month rent and painting charges. We thought to live there for a year by adjusting, but the very next day we found water leakage in the pipe we fixed it and informed owner about the issue and charges, but he blasted saying who told you to fix the issue so he can’t give any money to that plumber. Since it was fewer amounts we already paid to the plumber and we don’t want to go water waste all the day.
From day 1 we have to do all fixing works of electric city, water, etc. even our home appliance gets some problem because of electrical wiring issues. So daily we have to spend money fixing apart from that so many other problems came into life like accidents, sick etc. So we decide to vacate after a month. Then the owner came up with demand, saying you can vacate the house by finding new renter for his house and stay 1 more months and he will cut 30k from the deposit. So we asked if didn’t find renter and vacate next month how much dedication he will do then also 30 K was the reply. so we decided there is no point of staying there and we moved out. Finally we moved from that haunted house he charged us 1month rent + 1 month Paint charges + Bills+ cleaning charges i.e. 15k + 15K + 2K+ 5K=37K.
So we have almost lost 40 K by paying 60 K deposit and there were other losses too staying there for a month. Finally, we said to that owner you have took our hard working money in name of rental agreement for a month, may your family like prosper with that money you gained from us.
