Datawind Aakash — Not received the product yet

This is Thaneswaran, I have booked the product of Datawind (AAKASH TAB),ON 26th Jan 2012, order number PM5F3865795,and I prepaid for the same product on 12th June 2012,DD Number - 008113. Bank name - ICICI Bank,they have acknowledged for the payment on 26th june 2012.But still now I have not received the product,only the mails.
