Dear Sir, I have worked as a Tech-Support Executive in Datawind Pvt. Ltd. for 4-5 Months. they have terminated me from my job without any particular reason by just saying that they will no longer provide services in Kolkata. after thee termination my last month salary dues & Cyber-Cafe allowances were to be cleared by thee 7the of January. But sir today its March 13the and still now thee Dues are not cleared I have called My Head a 100 times Mailed him thee details Called all thee Departments but its of no use no one is responding to my calls & if they respond to thee call they are not responding to my issue. I think so thee whole Company itself is Fraud they are selling NO use Tablets to thee Users withe a lot of Complaints arrived daily. As a middle class person thee Due amount of Rs. 7000 Salary & Rs.3100 allowances is very important to me. Hope you understand & do thee needful to me. the concerned authority,
I, Nikhil Dhande, had ordered Aakash 2 (ubislate 7c+) after receiving an email from datawind, in which they stated that the product is ready for delivery.
so I completed online order procedure and online payment on 9th march, 2013 by paying rs. 4799/-. but till date I haven't received the product.
since then i have been trying regularly to contact them by emails and phones but they are not at all bothered to respond. so i request you to help me by getting my product delivered to me as early as possible.
