The undersigned has purchased “Akash” Tablet from Datawind vide online receipt no. PMB4B97 dated 16.11. 2012 by paying an amount of Rs. 4799/-.

The Ubisalte 7c+ has not been delivered to me after passing of two months, for which the undersigned has sent a dozen of reminders for the same by e–mail, but neither Datawind has responded to it, neither sent the ordered material.
