Datawind Ubislate — Tablet amount paid in may-2012 still material not received | |||
I wave booked ubslate from Datawind which is opened by kapil cabal when known in india as akaash tablet in the month of Jan -2012. After that I have paid the amount 2999 rs to datawind. Still date I have not receive dthe product. every time I have received mails go for upgraded version. I have agree to pay upgraded version . even though product not dispatched by company. to day also I have received mail go for another upgraded version. PMB3FF6567FA. the concerned authority,
I, Nikhil Dhande, had ordered Aakash 2 (ubislate 7c+) after receiving an email from datawind, in which they stated that the product is ready for delivery.
so I completed online order procedure and online payment on 9th march, 2013 by paying rs. 4799/-. but till date I haven't received the product.
since then i have been trying regularly to contact them by emails and phones but they are not at all bothered to respond. so i request you to help me by getting my product delivered to me as early as possible.
