I have purchased this tablet pc on 08/03/13, and finds it to be cheap sbstandard faulty product the moment started using it, it has a white dot on its lcd screen a mfg. defect and the tablet heats up, shuts down and keeps on making and deleting thumbnail of media on its sd cards most the time making other apps non responsive and drain battery making tab unusable so I write a complaint to customer care and they respond after four days and adviced to visit the dealer to replace tab with new one as per companies policey if defect is identified in seven days of purchase, so i visited the dealer sahni communication, janakpuri, from where I have bought the tab who asked me to handover tab with all the accessories for replacement with new one then after two hours he returned the same tab saying distributor has refused to replace the tab despite of mail from their customer care to replace , I think HCL is cheating customer with faulty sub standard product and not providing after sales support Was this information helpful? |
