Large Taka — Threats

I d like to attach some screenshots.
Please see the threats and the way they talk... In the name of CUSTOMER care.
When I said I will make the payment. He started to threaten saying he will make my nude pictures go viral and send it to all my CONTACTs. And called me a begger, a ###... This is abusive.
For a fact I was checking their app and realised I clicked something unwanted and without any confirmation they disbursed the money. And later when it is day to pay I don't realise it's all ready the day and it was a delay on 1 day. And then started with all therse abusive conversations.

I dnt know how can i be justified. Please help.
