Larsen & Toubro Ltd — job offer and fake interview letter

I got interview letter from stating larsen & toubro ltd.. I didnt checked authenticity of this mail. But by seeing the interview call letter i need to pay them 8150rs as refundable money.

They stating in letter that they will return this money later on.

This larsen & toubro ltd company will book flight ticket to attend interview and they will also allow family member to come with us,
