[Resolved] Latestone.com — Complain regarding broken product

I had booked a phone by which i got a cover of the phone which was damaged.I have tried to contact customer care but there is no reply i have spent Rs.650 for the product and the worst thing that to call the customer care i spent almost 150rupees .I need help for the refund please do something.Also now i have tried many other possible things so as to get the money refunded.
