But, till today, I did not get any UTR or any refund from the Company. Kindly do needful in this regard. I hope positive response regard this.

I received call from latestone.com on 13th January, 2016 and their customer care executive told me that I will get refund within 7 days and I will be informed about it. But, upto now, I didn't get my refund nor didn't get any intimation from their side. I request you to be kindly needful in this regard.
