[Resolved] Latestone.com — Defective power bank delivered to me

I was purchase a power bank from latestone.com order no.SO1319530 at 18 Jan 2016 and they delivered to me 22 Jan 2016 but power bank could not taking charge then I will inform him so they reply to me return my money in few days but they can't do
