My order iD:L1528602. .i have ordered a moto g2 leasther flip cover case from this company online when i was out of station seeing their AD in some website.I arranged to get them paid by my wife at my home. When i returned home after a month i found that the case though fits my mobile gets it into a non display mode i.e., i cant operate the mobile with the flip cover fitted in.I thought may be the cover is pressing at the switch of the mobile, so i made a small slot at the side of the cover, even then its not working. immediately i contacted latest one support portal which has a limit to the no of messages you put in for the complaint. i have been asked to upload the image of the phone..no response after that.. and today the complaint is beyond 15 day replacement (their policy they claim). what about the point the the delivery was done before i confirmed the SMS they have given to validate the order.Is it not their policy to confirm.briefly the company does not show interest/gosto in replacing defective product or refunding that they show amply/abundantluy in delivering.I hope my grievance gets redressed through this platform.
