[Resolved] Latestone.com — Product returned but no refund received.

I had received a a Ezcast Andriod TV adapter (Order No. L1586716). The product was faulty and raised a ticket no. 378846 and told me that they will arrange to pick-up the product and would provide me a refund for the same. On 26th june the product was returned and they received the product but after sharing my bank details on (30th june) to them by mail they said that they have lost all mails due to system problem and i sent the mail again with my bank details.
I have been trying to call them on their call center no.[protected], but no one is answering the calls. i've even sent them mails on their support desk id and they are no bouncing. I'm attaching the copy of the courier slip which was provided to me when the product was picket up.
