Hi i have purchased a mobile smartwatch one week following, courier person not coming to collect product, from latestone, in that watch simcard not working, sold faulty product, wrote mails, but no reply, fed up latestone sys do whatever u want we work as per our progress, fed up need help. Want to file a case against them for selling faulty product, plz help
