[Resolved] Latestone.com — xmate in ear wireless bluetooth headphones

I had ordered xmate inear wireless bluetooth headset from latestone.com
But to my disappointment i have receievd a faulty used product. The headphones do not have charging and is not even getting charge. The product is just waste. I have mailed the customer care about the same and no response was received from them. So i request you to kindly take back the faulty product and refund the amount asap.

Updated by Benita Nazareth Your customer care dropped me a mail to courier them back the product that too the expense are to be payed by me... And to add on it it should be returned 4 days after the product ia delivered...but what should i do if you guys took time to reply to my mail?? And y should i bear the expenses for the courier
