[Resolved] Latestone.com — Delay in order and even not finding my order list in the website | |||||
I have ordered head phones on 6th march, 2016. But didn't receive my order till now. I have been mailing at www.latestone.com. They have replied saying 'sorry for inconvience caused. Will receive your order'. I have mailed them 4 to 5 times but found the same response. In mail they have mentioned the tracking link of the item, if i track using the link to my shock i saw that the item has been dispatched from the supplier and returned from my side and it reached to the supplier. I have already paid the amount. When i login to the website and see, there were no items ordered by me in the list.
