[Resolved]  Lava Mobiles — Bad service of customer care

gave my Lava Iris X5 mobile for repair stating that it has problem regarding speaker and microphone on 28/12/2015 at S V communications Kukatpally, sai vikram towers they told me that it will be repaired within in 4 days. But when I went on 10th they said that it was not repaired yet as they did not get parts. I took back the phone for their lazy and negligence in their work. As my brother is leaving and it is urgent to get the phone repaired. I immediately called the so called Lava Customer Care center [protected] and spoke to Sagar. This person asked he will speak the service centre and i gave my phone them them, this S V communications started changing their colors saying that the pcb was also damaged, if at all the pcb was damaged the service centre has to tell me the actual problem not like they keep the phone with them and say what ever they like. After hearing their words Mr. Sagar also started chaging his colors stating that my pcb was damaged. I gave my mobile repair to a local mobile shop just below LAva service center and he repaired for just Rs.150/- changing the speaker and everything is quite good and perfectly working. By this it is clearly understabdable that how worst your customer care and service center is. Moral of the incident "Never buy Lava mobiles or their sister concerned mobiles" worst in service centres and customer care people. Balaji [protected]
