My mobile phone battery blast today in morning when i was working on it. it start giving smoke slowly slowly thats why i drop it down. and after few seconds it blast with sound and fire. i want my phone back at any cost. if you will not solve my problem i will case in consumer court.

Dear Sir am Sanwarmal Purohit currently working with Lava international i want to open Salary Account but Bank Officer Not Action On it last 15 day in am 4-5 Time went bank ...Pls Help Otherwise my salary hold on this month.
I give my poor charger to lava company which is in gurantee on 8.9.17 but yet they didn't give a new charger i am irritating with your company management who is responsible for this now i am mentally disturbed. i go continously in lava service center. your employees ignoring me they take no action.in other shops, charger exchange at that time.
My lava a 72 is heating very much and shutdown again and again..it says battery temperature is to high and shutdown... please solve my problem..
