I am Mohammed Rafeeq Purchased a Lava Fuel F1 Mobile few Months ago and the .
I gave my mobile 2nd time on 08/08/2016 to Your Authorised Service centre "Deccan Mobiles" in hyderabad as the mobile was not getting charge and not starting and Mobile is in warranty period.

Date of Submission to service center: 08/08/2016.
33 days completed after submitting mobile Till now I did not got my mobile back from your service centre. I visited 2 time but they are telling that they are waiting for parts. When ever I am call them they are not lifting my call.
I have also registered complaint to your customer care number, but till now did not got any response from the service centre.
If you prove such type of servicing no customer will purchase your mobiles. This is the worst servicing I ever have seen in my life. You people dont have any control over the service centre they are behaving as them want.
I am very serious you should take action on service centre, If not I will spread bad publicity of your mobiles through social networking.
If you continue doing like this you will loose what ever you got some Name in the Market, I want my mobile back as fast as possible.
