I bought a lava x17 handset on 24 july 2016 from a mobile store located in gole market at 142 bhagat singh market, gole market, delhi, 902, 110001 and i have been facing issues with the handset from day 1 like the internet is not working, calls not going etc. I visited the mobile store and they said that the issue is with the airtel sim and not the handset so i went to the airtel store and they said that the sim is absolutely working fine and the problem is with the handset. I then went to the mobile store again to get the handset replaced however they asked me to go to the service centre of lava at darya ganj so i went there and submitted the handset on 08 august 2016. They returned the handset to me on 19 august with nothing being resolved. I am facing the same issues again so i called the customer care of lava at [protected] on 20 aug to file a complaint and get the handset replaced however they said that they do not have any record that i submitted my handset to their service centre and asked me to go to the service centre again which i am not interested to go as they are good for nothing.
I request you all to kindly either replace the handset or refund my money asap.
