I bought my Lava A72 mobile on 28 may 2016. From day 4 there was problem with camera. I dont know how but there is always dust present in my rear camera. I went to the service centre they just clean it and give my mobile back to me. From june 4 to 25 Oct 2016 i went 9 times to the service centre with same issue. By 25th oct 2016 there is virus or i don't know what issue came that unnecessary games keep donloading and also cleartrip and some other apps keep downloading without my permission. I again went to the service centre on 28th Oct 2016 they again clean the lens and update the software. I asked them to replace the camera but they denied. The problem with camera is still there and downloading issue is still here. Now another issue occured with my phone. it switched off itself and then when we switched on it the display disappears. Now My request is that i don't want to go the service centre. I request you to replace my phone as soon as possible. I know there are many problems in the queue but i seriously want to get over it. I am a middle class women who cannot effort a new phone every mont. YOUR LAVA LETTING ME DOWN VERY BADLY either you change your add or change my mobile to discontinue the problem.
