I have purchased one Lava V2 3 GB mobile at Saravana Stores, Chromepet on[protected]. While using it was found to be overheating while charging and operating and while using dual sim calls were disconnected automatically and hence i have taken the mobile to Lava service centre M/S Venus Cell Point, Ayyasamy street Tambaram for repairs [work order no.[protected] dt[protected]]. The mobile was checked and formatted to load new software however i am not satisfied with the repairs and want to exchange the mobile.As such, I request you kindly to give consent letter or instructions to exchange the repaired mobile at M/S Saravana Stores, Chromepet immediately and oblige. A copy of cash receipt and workorder invoice are attached for your kind reference
