I had purchased one Handset(LAVA KKT 40 Mini-Blue) on[protected].

Serial No: [protected]
Suddenly from last 2 days display of the phone gone white.The handset is not working.
My mobile handset is still within warranty period.
But Service Center is asking for paid service to rectify the problem.
Not getting any positive response from Lava Customer Care.
