Lava Mobiles — My refund isn't provided till date.. the cancellation was done 10 days ago

I purchased a neckband (Probuds N31) and later cancelled it due to personal Reasons. The cancellation was done before the shipment was done as this is the policy of Lava. i cancelled it and later contacted their text support team they don't have an exact date for my refund.. but the official website shows that refund has to be done in 5-7 working days. but its already 10 days and still counting

( Maine cancellation shipping k pehle hi kar diya tha mere lava account par bhi product cancelled show ho raha hai. par abhi tak refund nahi aaya 10 din se zada ho chuke hai)
i have text Support teams Screenshots if needed i can provide them too.

resolve my Complaint as soon as possible.
