I want to draw attention of customer care officials as I have placed a work order for replacement of battery on 24.09 15, vide work Order No[protected] for my mobile Iris Pro 30. I was informed by Star InfotechMobile located at Bhopal that the battery will be replaced in a week's time. Nothing is informed by the centre On talking to the service centre ever ytime they are asking me to find out from customer care, as if no one there has responsibility to take care of customer's interest I request you to kindly take initiative and resolve the problem.
