Lava Mobiles — Poor service & no responsibility

I purchased a Lava Iris X5 in April 2015. Wasnt getting backup. Submitted to service centre. There also many people came with same model with various complaints. This is the model with lots issue i understood. When i contacted lava care also they told dont have replacement or refund option. I have to pay extra & buy higher model. Thats the only solution they have. Very poor service & they are cheating the customers. Please find the details of the service centre i have submitted my mobile.
