I did Bought the Lava Probuds Bluetooth headphones at an introductory price of ₹1 during launch period. I did use it for two months and then there was some manufacturing defects in that so i ordered replacement for that I also received my replacement after 15 Days for as a new product but i didn't receive any new bill in respect of that product series.
Next after two months same defects found for the same and again I placed replacement but lava care refused to do so as the serial number not was matching. I did write several mails regarding this to the Lava care i received back calls who responded that they would be resolving it and the matter is submitted to higher authorities. But still after 6-7 months i haven't received any back response from their side and the product has proven to be waste due to its after sales service.
My complaint is to stop these types of fraudulent acts which are executed by big companies towards customer. Was this information helpful? |
